you need vegetables of your choices, I used Tomato, capsicum, onion, ginger. You can add carrot beetroot green leafy vegetables anything of your choice.
I used desi ghee as fat but you can use mustard oil, Olive oil or coconut oil as well.
Four flavours are used salt, black pepper and cinnamon. Added Oregano & Red chilli flakes too.
